We are very selective in which brands we sell. Firstly, it is important that bicycles, spare parts and accessories are of the highest quality. Secondly, it is important that the producers are available to talk to in relation to complaints. If you experience problems with your bicycle that cannot be solved by the trained bicycle mechanics at our workshop, the manufacturer must be able to accept that it is their fault. Otherwise we will not sell any more of their bikes. It is our highest priority that we can help you with your cycling challenges as quickly as possible.

Custom bikes are part of our customer service

You can come into our store and buy a standard item, but we would prefer to help customize it so that it fits you exactly. There may of course be a difference in price if we have to replace spare parts, but we do not charge extra for the conversion itself. It is part of our customer service. We can solve problems for our customers like no one else can. Our skilled and trained bike mechanics are happy to rebuild your bike until you are happy and satisfied. It can be a good idea if, for example, you have a physical challenge or a handicap. We make sure that you sit well so that we can give you greater cycling pleasure.

We also offer bicycle rental. If you and your family are going on holiday in Skjern and the surrounding area, it is a really good idea to rent bicycles. The area around Ringkøbing Fjord and Skjern å er has fantastically beautiful nature, and a joint bike ride is a pleasant family activity.
